The venue of the annual 6G Wireless Summit is Levi, the premier winter resort of Northern Europe in Finnish Lapland.
The first 6G Wireless Summit attracted nearly 300 participants from 28 different countries and was deemed a great success.
The recently published white paper “Key Drivers and Research Challenges for 6G Ubiquitous Wireless Intelligence” is based on the views that 70 invited experts shared during a special workshop. It focuses on the key drivers, research requirements, challenges and research questions towards 6G.
We welcome all to join the continued clarification of 6G vision in the second 6G Wireless Summit on 17-20 March 2020.
“Together we can try to make our share so that 6G visions and research directions would respond to United Nation’s sustainable development goals and societal challenges while creating true productivity through radically new technological enablers.”
The 6G Wireless Summit is hosted by the national 6G Flagship Programme, that Finland started in spring 2018. The programme volume is 251M€ during the next eight years.
