| National Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Research Institute is the biggest pulmonary hospital in Poland. Apart from serving as a reference center for most challenging pulmonary diseases we treat high number of pulmonary malignancies. Moreover, radiologists from our department were the only ones reading CT scans from “Early Lung Cancer Detection” program, with currently over 40000 individual studies acquired. | The research group proposes theoretical studies and lab tests on the causes and remedies of the shaft torsional vibrations due to electronic converters, supplied by the electrical generator. The electrical generator is the multi-modular axial-flux permanent-magnet synchronous machine directly connected to the wind turbine, where each module supplies a switch-mode electronic converter.
