| We use our mathematical understanding of complex networks to study the dynamics of a traffic networks for an entire city. We developed methods based on percolation theory to identify frequently recurring critical bottlenecks during rush hours and non-rush hours [1]. We would like to extend our theory to the case of multilayer networks where each layer represents a different transportation type (cars, buses, trains, subway) that flow through a network layer (roads, railways). | |||||||||||
